1. Overview

These Terms apply to all services provided under the Axis3D name. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

2. Services

Axis3D provides custom 3D printing services for individuals and businesses across Ireland via An Post delivery.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are quoted after file review. Payment is required after consultation but before printing, unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be taken for large prints.

4. Prohibited Orders

We do not accept orders for weapons, illegal, controlled, or dangerous items. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be through An Post wherever possible. Estimated delivery times are based on print completion and courier schedules. Axis3D abate any responsibility to ensure deliverys arive on time and or undamaged. Axis3D shoud be made aware of any issues with delivery. Axis3D has no requirement to use tracked or registered postage unless previously agreed upon.

6. Liability

Axis3D is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. All prints are made based on customer-provided designs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law, and disputes will be handled under Irish jurisdiction.

8. Usage

Usage of this website, Axis3D services, etc is governed by all other policies, refunds, uploads, etc. Axis3D reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.
