1. Custom Products

All Axis3D prints are made to customer specification. As such, they cannot usually be returned or refunded once produced unless defective.

2. Refund Conditions

If the print is defective or significantly differs from the approved design, we may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

3. Process

Contact info.axis3d@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the fault lies with us.

4. Legal Basis

This policy aligns with Irish consumer law but recognises exceptions for custom goods under EU directives.
